This editorial comes from a good friend of mine and the owner of a fabulous dinner delivery company named Let's Dish.
Whaddya think?
...lately it has been bothering me that local groups have been enticing women to do more and more stuff with "the girls" in organized "night out" events. They go to spas and learn about botox, get pedicures, go to movies, go for drinks (lots of drinking!) and eating. It's intriguing because I also hear constant complaints from women who don't have enough time to be with their families. In addition, being in the dinner business, I know that there are countless studies telling us that we need to be with our kids in the evening and we need to eat dinner together. Kids do better in school, do better on SATs, are less likely to have eating disorders and endless other problems. This abundance of opportunities tells me that there's a desire to host them because they are popular. Businesses are getting more business, the organizers are probably taking a cut too. Then there are just the weekly/monthly book clubs, bunko games, socializing opportunities that rotate from one restaurant to the next or among living rooms.

I have kids, a husband, a mortgage... how could I have acne too?
Well it’s true, adults can get pimples too. Where teen zits tend to erupt on the nose and forehead, our grown up version comes out on the lower half of our face.
